Registration for the World Avocado Congress 2023 is now open. Please register via the online form here. Confirmation of your registration and a tax invoice will be sent upon receipt of your completed registration form and fees.

Registration fees are payable in New Zealand dollars (NZD). New Zealand Goods & Services Tax (GST) of 15% is applicable.

* The US dollar amounts shown are an estimate only, the actual USD or local currency charged will vary depending on exchange rates at the time of registration.

Full registration fees include:

• Attendance at the official congress opening 
• Attendance to all congress sessions
• Morning, lunch and afternoon tea for each congress day
• Entry to the congress exhibition

Note: Attendance at the congress field days and gala dinner* are ticketed separately and can be booked via your registration form.

How to register

Cancellations: 

Should you need to cancel your registration for any reason, you may reassign your registration to another person. Please notify The Conference Company via email of the replacement delegate's name and contact details.

Unfortunately cancellations made after 30 September 2022 are non-refundable except in the following circumstance. If you have applied for a visa to travel to New Zealand, and your visa is not approved in time to allow you to travel, your registration will be refunded, less a processing fee of $150 plus GST. You will need to prove that you applied for your visa before 13 January 2023, as visas can take several months to be processed.

The 2023 World Avocado Congess in New Zealand comes with the additional challenge that further restrictions arise due to the global COVID-19 pandemic. Our perfect scenario is that the participants are all able to travel freely to New Zealand to attend in person, but arrangements may be made for a hybrid or virtual congress if global events dictate that. 

If the WAC 2023 is held as an online-only or hybrid event (online and in person) your registration will be transferred to the new delivery format.
