The World Avocado Congress NZ 2023 is being hosted by the NZ avocado industry through New Zealand Avocado.
World Avocado Congress NZ Ltd, was set up as a subsidiary of NZ Avocado to govern the Congress. WAC NZ Ltd has a separate board to govern the implementation of the Congress.
Two academic committees were set up to lead the process of abstract receipt and review to ensure a strong academic programme.
